A fitting honour
Yet, if I could use only one word to describe him, it would be "brilliant."
All that needs to be said, though, is that the Le Club de Hockey Canadien, the team he backstopped to six Stanley Cups, raised his No. 29 to the rafters of the Bell Centre in Montreal earlier tonight.
Do yourself a favor, too. Read his book.
P.S.: Say a prayer for Gump as well.

Now we just need to get the guy to start signing autographs and cut all the anti-fighting rhetoric.
Yeah, it would be nice, wouldn't it.
But after a career like his, and I'm not talking just about hockey, he can do pretty much as he wants.
Still, my copy of "The Game" awaits his signature.
